Airline information

Your airline locator will be shown on your holiday documentation sent approximately 10-14 days before departure. If you require your airline locator before this time, you can obtain this information from your Travel Consultant; however some airlines need your booking to be ticketed before you can manage your booking via their website. Your Travel Consultant can arrange this for you with the payment of an additional deposit.

Please find the links below for information on which terminal your flight will depart from: Gatwick Airport ( https://www.gatwick-airport-guide.co.uk/terminals.html ) Heathrow Airport ( https://www.heathrow-airport-guide.co.uk/ ) Manchester Airport ( https://www.manchester-airport-guide.co.uk/ )

Your baggage allowance will depend on your airline, class of travel and itinerary and will be shown on your tickets which you will receive 10-14 days before departure. In the meantime, you can visit the airlines' website for the most up to date information or contact your Travel Consultant.
Listed below are links to some of the airline websites giving details of their baggage allowances:

I am travelling on my honeymoon, what name should I travel in?

There are currently no countries on the 'red list'. On 14 December 2021, the Government said hotel quarantine was no longer effective or proportionate ( https://www.gov.uk/government/news/11-countries-removed-from-the-uks-red-list ) in slowing the spread of the Omicron variant of Covid-19. However, if and when countries are put on the red list, entry from those countries to England is only allowed for UK and Irish citizens, or those with a right of residence in the UK. Travellers are required to enter hotel quarantine for ten days following arrival, irrespective of vaccination status.

Entry restrictions from non-red list countries depend on vaccination status. From 11 February 2022, the following conditions apply.
For people who are fully vaccinated:

  • They must complete a pre-departure Passenger Locator Form any time in the 48 hours before arrival in England.
  • They do not need to take any tests before or after arrival or self-isolate after they arrive
For people who are not fully vaccinated:
  • Before travelling to the UK, they must book and pay for a PCR test (to be taken after arrival).
  • They must complete a pre-departure Passenger Locator Form any time in the 48 hours before arrival in England.
  • They must take a pre-travel (PCR or lateral flow) test two days before travel to the UK.
  • After arrival, they must take their pre-booked Day 2 PCR test.
  • If the Day 2 test is positive, they must self-isolate for ten days (day 0 being the day they took the test). The isolation period can be reduced if they get two negative lateral flow test results 24 hours apart, starting from Day 5.
  • They do not need to self-isolate after they arrive unless the Day 2 test is positive.
