Low Deposits: The first low deposit, due per person, will be presented at the time of booking.
Initially, a 25% low deposit of the total holiday cost is required.
The balance is settled monthly at the time of booking, as agreed upon between the lead passenger and the travel consultant.
The final 35% will be settled 6 weeks before departure.

No single month is perfect for all four, so it is about the best balance. Japan is at its best in spring (around March to May) and autumn (around October and November), and Bali's drier season runs from about April to October. Singapore and Kuala Lumpur are hot and humid all year, so April, May, September and October are usually the strongest compromise.
Tokyo to Singapore takes around seven hours, Singapore to Kuala Lumpur around one hour, and Kuala Lumpur to Bali around three hours. The longest internal flight comes early, and the short hops later in the trip leave more time for sightseeing.
Direct flights from London to Tokyo take around 14 hours. There are no direct flights between Bali and the UK, so the journey home includes at least one connection.
Yes. A Japan and Bali holiday package works well when it stops in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur on the way, because the stopovers break up the long flight south and add two very different cities before you finish on the beach.
British citizens on a full UK passport can visit Japan, Singapore and Malaysia without a visa for a holiday, but Singapore requires the free SG Arrival Card and Malaysia requires the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, both in the three days before you arrive. Indonesia requires a visa, available on arrival or online in advance, plus the All Indonesia arrival card and the Bali tourist levy. Check GOV.UK before you book and before you travel.
Yes, if you enjoy a well-paced trip. Three nights in each city gives you two full days to explore, and four nights in Bali lets you slow down at the end. If you would like more beach time or longer in Japan, our consultants can add nights to any stop.
Shah Alam is around 25 km west of central Kuala Lumpur, usually a 30 to 45-minute drive depending on traffic. Ride-hailing apps such as Grab are the easiest way to reach the Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang.
You will use the Japanese yen, Singapore dollar, Malaysian ringgit and Indonesian rupiah. Cards are widely accepted in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, but carry some yen for smaller restaurants and shrines in Japan and some rupiah for markets and taxis in Bali.
Tokyo is nine hours ahead of the UK, while Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bali are eight hours ahead, each one hour less during British Summer Time. Starting in Tokyo means the biggest time change comes first, and the rest of the trip stays on the same time zone.
