This 30-kilometre stretch, surrounded by the Andaman Sea's crystal-clear waters, is home to outstanding diving locations with visibility of up to 30 metres. However, you don't have to be an excellent scuba diver to explore this underwater world; even if you only put on a snorkel and flippers, you'll be able to observe colourful fish and vibrant corals. You may retreat to one of the lovely beaches after spending some time in the sea, where the dunes are flanked by tropical rainforests and swaying palm trees. You can choose from the following six prominent beaches: Bangsak, Bang Niang, Khao Lak, Khuk Khak, Nang Thong, and Pak Weep. Holidays in Khao Lak aren't just about the beach; this location is ideal for day trips farther away. Many national parks may be found close in the interior, such as the lush Khao Sok National Park, which has a picturesque lake, and the waterfall-filled Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park. Khao Lak is well known for its tranquil beaches. There are several additional coral reefs in addition to the half a dozen sandy beaches. If you're a keen diver, you can take a day trip to deeper seas or snorkel along the shore. Khao Lak also has many scuba diving schools, making it a wonderful place to learn if you've always wanted to try it. However, Khao Lak offers a variety of activities in addition to its beach. You can embark on a journey through the forest and spend time with elephants or go bamboo rafting or canoeing. Alternatively, you might go to a hot spring to relax. A 30-minute journey from Khao Lak takes you to the vitamin-rich Ban Do Dan Springs, where you may unwind with a soothing dip. Another excellent choice is Kapong Hot Springs, where you may relax after hiking waterfalls because they are located in Khao Lak Ram Ru National Park.
