Explore Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach and go on a trip to Reykjavik
Seeing the Jokulsarlon Glacier, Iceland's first glacier, is a fantastic experience. Make your way across the street to Diamond Sand, where you will witness glacier chunks scattered throughout the beach that glitter like diamonds!
Reykjavik is around five hours away, so get started early! This road trip will last all day and include some fantastic route stops. While travelling, you will cross spectacular waterfalls like Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss. If you have the time, you can even hike to the wreckage of the Solheimasandur jet.
Discover the Hallgrimskirkja Church, Sun Voyager and Harpa
First, visit the well-known church, Hallgrimskirkja. This one-of-a-kind church is the tallest in Iceland and one of the tallest structures in the country. You also can climb to the summit and watch the sunset
Then go to Jon Gunnar Arnason's steel sculpture, The Sun Voyager. The boat is intended to represent a dreamboat, a promise to itself to see undiscovered areas, a dream of optimism, progress, and freedom
The Harpa can be seen to the left of the sculpture. This remarkable edifice is a concert hall. The Harpa is an excellent place to run inside to warm up, and it offers meals, has great views, and has some gift shops

Day 1
Explore the Golden Circle
The Golden Circle is undoubtedly Iceland's most popular tourist destination. This breathtakingly beautiful road journey takes approximately 3 hours with no breaks, so get an early start!
During your journey, you can see geysers, engage with Icelandic horses, and explore Thingvellir National Park (ingvellir in Icelandic), see additional waterfalls, including Gullfoss Waterfall, and even scuba between two continental plates.
