Get a quick look at your holiday experience
When visiting Barcelona, one must view at least one of GAUDI's great masterpieces, such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, or Parc Guell. On the other hand, football fans will travel directly to the CAMP NOU or an FC Barcelona match. Visitors should take a stroll through the historic sections of the city. Families with children should visit the Zoo, Poble Espanyol, or the Aquarium. Barcelona is the ideal destination for a trip. Our Holiday Vibes are Good Vibes Only!

Palau de la Musica Catalana, Barcelona's cathedral, Placa Del Rei, Picasso Museum and Santa Maria Del Mar
Go to the Palau de la Musica Catalana. The Orfeo Catala (Catalan Choral Society) theatre was built in 1908 and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lluis Domenech, I Montaner designed it, as did the Hospital Sant Pau. Every surface is embellished with stained glass, sculptures, mosaics, and paintings.
Discover The Archbishop of Barcelona's cathedral. It is the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia. It is placed on an elevated plot of land in the Barri Gothic neighbourhood. The church's central nave is 93 metres long, 40 metres broad, and 28 metres high.
Explore The King's Square which is located in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. The square is linked to Christopher Columbus, who is said to have been welcomed here by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. The Palau Reial Major, Salo del Tinell, and Palau Clariana-Padellas are all historical structures.
Visit The Picasso Museum opened in 1963 amid a sequence of five Catalan-Gothic style palazzos from the 13th and 14th centuries. It has almost 4,000 works of art in its collection. Paintings, ceramics, sculptures, sketches, and engravings are among the works in the collection.
Explore The Church of Saint Maria of the Sea (Our Lady of the Sea) which is located in the Ribera area at the end of Passeig del Born; it was built between 1329 and 1383 when Barcelona was a tremendous Maritime power.
In 998, a church stood on this spot. An earthquake in 1428 destroyed the church's rose window, which was restored in 1459 with a Flamboyant style window. Later in the nineteenth century, the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament was built adjacent to the apse. Almost all of the church's decoration was lost or damaged during the Civil War. Still, the interior is big and expansive, with a high cross-vaulted ceiling supported by a few thin octagonal columns.
Departure
It's time to say goodbye to Barcelona.
Best wishes for a safe, enjoyable, and fruitful journey.
Day 1
Explore Sagrada Familia, Casa Amatller, Montjuic, Museu Nacional d'art de Catalunya and end at the Magic Fountain
After Gaudi died in 1926, construction ceased until the 1950s, when it resumed in earnest. Currently, eight towers and two facades have been built. The church has five naves and a Latin Cross-shaped crossing, and the work is expected to be completed by 2026. Visitors can access the towers via elevator. The facades are embellished with nature-inspired motifs and Baroque flourishes.
Visit Casa Amatller, which stands alongside Gaudi's Casa Batllo and Domenech I Montaner's Casa Lleo-Morera on a stretch of Passeig de Gracia known as the "Bock of Discord" due to its distinctive architecture.
In 1898, chocolatier Antoni Amatller purchased the house and commissioned Josep Puig I Cadafalch to renovate it for his family. The design was inspired by a traditional Catalan mansion but incorporated elements from Germany and Holland. The property was extensively renewed in 2012, and you can now take a tour to see the early twentieth-century furniture and decor. The Amatller Institute of Hispanic Art's enormous library and photographic archives will be housed in the estate.
Explore Montjuic, a 213-metre-high broad flat hill southeast of Barcelona's city centre. The Iberic Celtics and later the Romans settled on the hill, which is well known for hosting the 1929 International Exhibition and the Olympic Games in 1992. Visitors can take the cable car or the Transbordador Aeri to the hill's summit. Other tourist attractions include the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sports Museum and the Castell de Montjuic.
Discover the MNAC, an art museum in Barcelona's National Palace. It chronicles the history of Catalan art from the 10th to the 20th centuries. Tintoretto, El Greco, Rubens, Zurbaran, and Cranach are the artists represented.
The Thyssen-Bornemisza Painting Collection features paintings by Fra Angelico, Tiziano, Tintoretto, and Piazzetta spanning the Gothic through the Rococo periods. The museum houses a collection of murals, religious symbols, and sculptures transported from historic Pyrenees churches.
Afterwards, explore The Magic Fountain, constructed for the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona. The fountain was damaged during the Spanish Civil War and could not be used again until 1955. Music was introduced into the fountains in the 1980s, causing the water to "dance" to music and changing the lighting displays.
