Bogota is a beautiful travel destination for families with small children, teenagers, or all of the above due to its fascinating and diverse culture. Bogota’s cuisine is flavourful, nutritious, and relatively straightforward, and the most famous dishes among visitors are arepas, ajiaco, lechona and bandeja paisa. Bogota, Colombia uses the Colombian Peso as its official currency. It's crucial to maintain cultural norms and practices by dressing modestly. Avoid wearing clothes like shorts, tank tops, and miniskirts. Even if you don't intend to visit temples or shrines, it's still a good idea to dress more conservatively. Shared Taxis and buses are Bogota’s most affordable modes of travel. The beauty of the city and the popular locations to visit will make your holiday a worthwhile journey.
