(hotel opening period). – Dog Policy The Hotel only allows small dogs (up to 10 kg), subject to a € 30 fee per day. The cost related to the dog is to be paid on site directly from clients. We recommend informing us in advance if you’re planning to stay with your dog and would like to remind you that dogs are not allowed in public areas such as the restaurants, pool, bar, beach, spa, fitness center, mini club. Also, kindly note that all other types of pets are not accepted. – Extras All the extras not previously authorized and prepaid by Tour Operator, must be paid by the customer at the check-out. – Cancellation policy • No penalties in case of cancellation received by Hotel 21 days prior arrival. • 50% of reservation’s total amount if cancelled 20 to 10 days prior arrival. • 95% of reservation’s total amount if cancelled later than 10 days prior arrival and in case of no-show.
