Category 1 and 2 dogs (and similar, given their morphological characteristics), defined as dangerous, are prohibited in our establishments. The credit card provided as a guarantee may also be charged after the Cowooler's departure, if damage is noted by COWOOL, for an amount of €250.00 including tax, corresponding to the damage deductible. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed spaces at Cowool. The only permitted smoking areas are the outdoor areas, parking lot, and garden, with the use of the designated ashtrays. In this case, no cigarette butts or dirt may be thrown on the ground. In the event of non-compliance with one of the above rules in accommodation, offices or any other interior space, a fixed sum of €250 including tax will be invoiced by Cowool to the person.
