• The Studio Loft has stairs and is only suitable for guests 1.7m or lower. Children aged 11 and under stay free on existing bedding only. Existing bedding does not include cot, sofa/rollaway bed. Extra bedding is to be paid directly at hotel Should you arrive outside our Reception hours for check-in, which is between the hours of 2 - 8pm, then please look to the left of the front doors and you will see a box with CORONET ENTRANCE on the front. Open the box, enter 2424 followed by the key symbol below. There will be an envelope with your name on it. Inside we have enclosed your two room keys for you to access the hotel, elevator at reception and your apartment. You are able to obtain entry to the hotel by holding your key card against the grey card reader next to the entrance doorway until you hear a ‘beep’ and the see the light turn green. This will open the hotel doors for you. Once inside the building please make your way towards the reception desk, turn right where you will find the elevator. Once inside the elevator you will need your key card to access your floor again by holding the key card against the grey card reader for few seconds until you hear a ‘beep,’ then push your floor number.
