• If client has to arrive later than 7:00pm, clients have to contact mandatory the reception to know the late arrival information. If you have booked for a stay of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. They are available at an additional cost. If the kitchenette is not clean and the dishes cleaned, an additional cost will be charged. -> Be careful, the beds are not made. If you wish to benefit from the beds made service, you will need to book it and pay a supplement.

Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
