The welcome lounge departure transfer is at 11h00, any other time incur a charge. Rates exclude: All other beverages, all other food if ordered, extras, telephone calls, bar, laundry, all other activities, spa treatments and curio purchases. Conservation levy excluded and to be paid direct A non-discretionary charge to all guests, applied to every bed-night booked. The revenue from this to be applied towards costs of the Anti-Poaching Unit, and other nature conservation projects and activities on the property.
