• The Hotel Reception is open in the following hours: Monday-Friday 06:30-21:00; Saturday-Sunday 07:00-19:00. If you plan to arrive outside Reception hours, please contact us in advance by phone: +48 42 208 10 10 or e-mail: recepcja@archeresidencelodz.pl. Instructions for entering our parking lot and checking in to the facility otside the reception hours: In the middle of the building there is an entrance gate to the garage, a ticket is collected at the gate (it must be presented at the reception and kept until the day of departure), the gate will open automatically. Parking spaces are located at the B staircase on level -2 (marked in red for Arche Residence Guests). Price is 30 PLN per day, payment at the reception. Then take the elevator to level "0" and go to the reception. If you arrive outside the reception hours, you have to turn left from the elevator, there is a security room behind the second glass door. Your keys will be waiting there. If you are arrive by taxi/walking, you should approach the gate on the left side of the building, dial 333 on the intercom. After opening, go right twice to staircase B. A security guard with your keys is waiting there.
