For guests arriving on commercial flights the waiting time at the airport for shared speed boat transfers may vary between 30 to 60 minutes. For guests arriving from Male and other resorts the waiting time may vary depending on commercial flights. Should guests wish to minimize waiting time at the airport resort advise to book private speed boat transfers. Cancellations or changes to your transfers made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• Hotel will charge Green tax USD 6.00 per person per night regardless of age of the guest. The rates DOES include the COMPULSORY round way transfers to the hotel. Arrival seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights landing 06:00 Hrs – 15:30 Hrs and departure seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flight departing after 09:00 Hrs. Guests arriving or departing outside aforementioned time will be transferred by Speedboat. Seaplane only operates during daylight hours and transfers times may be affected by adverse weather conditions. To confirm transfers please provide your flight details on your reservation comments OR contact your Client Relationship Centre OR send it directly to the resort at (reservations.jmh@jumeirah.com) at least 7 days prior to the arrival. For last minute bookings; flight details should be sent with the booking details. Luggage allowance: 20kg checked-in luggage and 05kg hand luggage (excess luggage is chargeable at USD 5.60 per kg). Board supplements info: Dinner in Half Board meal plan includes dine around option in 3 restaurants Beverages are not included in Half Board and Full Board, and it will be chargeable as per consumption. Half Board meal plan is not applicable on 24 & 31 December 2023.
