We are NOT a designated quarantine facility. IF you are required to quarantine for 10 days, we cannot host you. 2. Should you be granted a quarantine exemption via the State’s Safe Travels Program due to a negative COVID test, we require a copy of the program’s exemption statement (The QR code is NOT acceptable) emailed to this email address PRIOR to your arrival. frontdesk@volcano-hawaii.com. COVID Policies: Front Desk is virtual (your arrival materials will be at the front door) and no daily housekeeping 5. Volcano gets dark early and the restaurants close by 7pm; best to arrive by 5pm 6. Reminder, free WIFI, no TV services 7.
