No passenger under 17 years of age may occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. d) Any group of students traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require a tutor (s). A tutor is required for every 1 to 9 students / youth under 18 years of age. The minimum age requirement for a guardian is 25. All students will receive a special bracelet for identification purposes. This policy is applicable throughout the year. e) Keep in mind that the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years old. f) Credit cards issued to people who are not guests (ie, father, spouse, etc.) in Mexico are not accepted. *******************************************************
