Participation in any activity is not without risk which may result in injury or even death. The hazards include risk of injury from rental equipment, rocky coast, uneven terrain exposure, animal/plant life, and other people in the vicinity. By proceeding with this booking, I hereby represent that I understand the inherent dangers of any of the activities offered by PT Alam Indah Bintan (Nirwana Gardens) and am aware of the risks involved. Guest staying at Mayang Sari Chalets are offered an alternative option should you wish to enjoy an elaborate breakfast set up at the Coffee Shop in Nirwana Resort Hotel.
