Key Collection Keys are collected at our office: Beninter Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm Tel. (+34) 96 585 70 60 Office Hours Winter:06/04/2026 to 31/05 and 01/10 to 31/05 Monday–Friday: 10:00 – 18:00 Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00 Sunday: Closed Summer:01/06 to 30/09 Monday–Sunday: 10:00 – 18:00 If you arrive outside office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe deposit box next to our office and send the code by SMS. Booking and Group Policy The apartments reserve the right to refuse group bookings, even when reservations are made separately but are clearly part of the same group. Stag and hen parties are NOT accepted. Security Deposit The deposit must be paid by credit card. One week before arrival, we will send a secure BBVA (Redsys.es) link to pay the €200 deposit. The refund will be made to the same credit card, no later than 7 days after departure, provided no incidents have occurred. Additional Services: Cot available on request.
