• We would like to inform you that, in order to guarantee the quality of your stay and the well-being of all our guests, reservations or stays by groups of young people, stag and hen parties are not allowed, nor is the joining of groups with the aim of promoting parties or behaviour that goes against the family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere that characterizes us. Vila Petra reserves the right not to check in guests who do not present themselves in a natural, sober, and appropriate condition, or who, on arrival, are identified as groups whose conduct could compromise our internal regulations. The minimum age of the lead person on the reservation is 25. Guests under the age of 27 will be asked to pay a cash deposit of €250 per person at check-in. Guests over this age traveling in a group (more than 3 pax) will be asked for a cash deposit of €500 per room at check-in. The deposit will be returned at check-out, at the hotel's discretion, based on conduct during the stay.
