The hotel is located to the southeast of Cuernavaca, close to the Autopista del Sol, in one of the most exclusive developments of the city, characterized by its varied vegetation and picturesque architecture. It is also not far from the Industrial City of the Valley of Cuernavaca and downtown Cuernavaca. This majestic estate belonged to Barbara Hutton Woolworth, and was built over a period of six years, finished in 1959 after an intense quest for a place with excellent climate, magnetism, and historic roots.
