After breakfast, set out for Etsha 13 on the western edge of the famed Okavango Delta. A watery world of wonder awaits, where rivers flow into golden desert. Settle into Guma Lagoon Camp and prepare to explore one of Earth’s most extraordinary ecosystems.
Delta Dreams and Dugout Canoes 🛶
Drift through a maze of channels in a mokoro (traditional canoe), gliding silently past reeds, water lilies, and hidden wildlife. Step ashore on a remote island for a guided bush walk—keep an eye out for elephants and waterbuck. This day is all about immersion in the wild, untouched serenity of the Okavango.
Journey to Moremi 🐘
Travel south via Maun into a private concession in the Greater Moremi area. This diverse and game-rich landscape will be your home for the next few nights at Mankwe Adventure Camp. Enjoy your first game drive in this legendary region, where lions, leopards, and herds of antelope roam.
Moremi Safari Magic 🌅
Today is packed with wildlife encounters. Set off on morning and afternoon game drives and end your day with a thrilling night safari under the stars. With luck, you may glimpse nocturnal creatures rarely seen—like bush babies, owls, or even a prowling leopard.

Makgadikgadi Salt Pans: Earth’s Mirror 🏜️

Chobe by Land and River 🐊
Start early with a game drive in Chobe National Park—home to one of Africa’s largest elephant populations. After a hearty breakfast, relax until the afternoon, when you’ll board a river cruise on the Chobe River. Watch elephants wade, hippos grunt, and birds soar as the sun sets in golden splendour.
Into Zimbabwe: Hwange Bound
Cross the border into Zimbabwe and head to Robins Camp in Hwange National Park, a vast haven for wildlife and birdlife. Once settled, opt for a game drive to start discovering the park’s diverse terrain and magnificent residents—from giraffes to lions.
Hwange Safari Exploration 🦒
A full-day safari in Hwange awaits. Traverse savannahs and woodlands tracking elephants, buffalo, zebras, and maybe even a big cat. With over 100 mammal species and 400 bird varieties, every moment is a chance to witness something remarkable.
One More Wild Morning 🌾
Enjoy a morning game drive for one final glimpse of Hwange’s wonders. Spend your afternoon at leisure—unwind at the camp or opt for an optional activity like a walking safari or birdwatching. This is Africa at its most immersive and soulful.
Arrival in Victoria Falls 🌈
After breakfast, depart for Victoria Falls, one of the world’s great natural wonders. Settle into Shearwater Explorers Village and take the afternoon to explore the town, enjoy local markets, or join one of the many adventure activities on offer—from ziplining to high tea.
The Smoke That Thunders 💦
You’ll visit the iconic Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya—"The Smoke That Thunders". Feel the spray on your face as you witness the roar and power of the Zambezi plunging into the gorge below. In the afternoon, unwind with a sunset cruise on the river—complete with drinks, snacks, and the magic of the African twilight.

Touch down at Maun International Airport, where your safari journey begins. You’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to Thamalakane River Lodge, peacefully nestled along the riverbank just outside Maun. Spend your afternoon unwinding or join in on optional activities. This evening, meet your guide and fellow adventurers—your safari tribe—for the journey ahead.
