Low Deposits: The first low deposit, due per person, will be presented at the time of booking. 

• Initially, a 25% low deposit of the total holiday cost is required.
• The balance is settled monthly at the time of booking, as agreed upon between the lead passenger and the travel consultant.
• The final 35% will be settled 6 weeks before departure.

• Traveller names must match the names on passports. If passport details change after booking, you must inform us immediately.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• For groups/families travelling together, at least one person must be 18 years or older.
• If any member of the party has medical conditions or reduced mobility, please inform us before booking.
• You will receive all travel documents no later than 10 days before departure.
• City / tourist taxes are not included and must be paid locally where applicable.
